Why don't the Brazilian girls visit the US? It's their prerogative.

And, flights ARE expensive, as 2/3rds of the price is taxes these days...

My ex visited Europe often before she retired from the biz. It isnt as expensive as one would think. That girl taught me alot about smart shopping for online deals etc. I do Barcelona twice a year, and if you plan your trips just before or after the high season you can score a ticket to Europe for under a thousand r/t.

It's obviously profitable or some of the girls I see doing Europe wouldn't continue to do so. Escorting was my ex's main income for several years, and she treated it like a business. I often wonder why some of the girls here don't use all the avenues available to them. TS-dating.com is free, yet barely 100 US escorts are listed. You gotta put yourself out there for the Europe guys to find you, and then you see if there is a market for you. Eros Guide is great, but only serves the US and UK, but Craigs is available for every major European and Asian city. Throw a few lines out there and see if some one nibbles and if there is a market for you.

WHY DONT THE U.S. GIRLS VISIT EUROPE?

It might be because:

Gender Will Be Required On Travel Documents;

Since May 15, 2009, all domestic flight passengers must provide the airline with their full legal name as it appears on the form of government-issue photo identification they intend to use at the airport. Beginning August 15, 2009, all domestic flight passengers will also be required to provide the airlines with their birth date and gender. For international flights, airlines will not be required to submit full legal name, date of birth, and gender until October 31, 2009. Airline carriers are already beginning to implement these procedures before the required deadlines as their systems become capable of accepting the required information (http://theipowa.org/?q=content/gender-will-be-required-travel-documents)

If you are travelling abroad to become 'a broad' you may have an 'F' designation denoted on your passport. Your passport will be valid for the period of one year.

Once you have had GRS, you can re-apply for a permanent passport, which will be valid for ten years.

To get your name and sex changed on a valid passport, you will need a court-ordered name change and a notarized letter from your surgeon showing you have had sex reassignment surgery.

Submit form U.S. Passport Re-Application Form: DS-5504 formerly DSP-19.

Oh sure, those football hooligans always ask the shopkeepers if they can loot and destroy their store beforehand. Not to mention beating each other to death. It's all above board.

Well it is better than having the police beat you to death or dodging bullets from mentalists who carry guns in the US.

Sexxy Jade (and one another) has visited the UK a number of times. At least one Brit girl has visited the US. And at least one Brazilian girl has visited NYC (last summer). If their passports didn't land them in prison why should it others. I think it's a matter of money. Nowadays the US dollar buys a lot less in Europe.

Some transwomen are reluctant to travel internatioally because they fear that
they may get hassled, because their names and gender markers aren't
congruent with their appearance.

But no, just being trans won't land you in prison.

I love to travel and have been many places pre and post op, and never had a
problem.

Well, you got me there. The police never shoot and kill anyone in Europe ... oh wait a moment,

Gee, I hope you don't break a leg falling off your high horse there, ass clown. While we're at it, here's to the rise in honor killings in the great EU :

http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,,1244406,00.html

Oh no, someone killed somebody with a knife. Quick, make it against the law to own a knife before it happens again!!!!! BTW, terrorist attacks have killed how many people over there since 9/11? Let's not forget your own homegrown killers, the Basques and all the muslim extremists in Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc. Oh yeah, it's a paradise over there ...

england, germany and france are "waiver" contries, which means no visa is required. also, flights are not as bad a people believe them to be. when i was stationed in the uk, i used to fly home once a year from heathrow for about 500 bucks round trip...then again, i know some ladies here like to have that "first class" treatment.

Before 9/11/01, many USA trans travelled to Europe to "work". Indeed there was a French businessman who would call up girls in the USA and hire them to go over to France (or where ever he was in Europe). Some famous USA trannies such as Summer St. Cerly went to Europe then, and never came back.

However as PeggyGee posted, the world post 9/11/01 is very different. If a trans had a passport (regardless of being post or pre-op) before then, and has the other government issued ID that matches, she can then and still travel freely. However it is much harder today to obtain "Real ID" and most certianly a passport if one does not have proper paperwork.

Have never heard of a trannie being thrown into a USA jail for traveling with "false" documents. Though it could land her into trouble depending upon how she came upon them.

Now Europe, the UK and other countries that could be another story. In theory entering a country as "F" when one is clearly "M" (at least under one's skirts", could be seen as fraud, but again not sure what the authorities would do. There are certian countries one would never try it, such as those in the Middle East and so forth. Not really willing to wait around and hear what Islamic law has to say on the matter, nor terribly sure the USA Department of State would rush to one's aid.

There was a period of time post 9/11/01 when newly created TSA agents where harrasing transwomen, especially those with "F" ID but something made the agents doubt that was the case (in plain English, they were clocked). Of course this was going on when TSA agents weren't busy feeling up young women. *LOL*

Apparently the TSA defended their actions agains trannies in that a male terrorist could "sneak into the country" dressed as a woman, or at least get onto a plane and cause harm.

By and large the above seems to have settled down, though if one is subjected to one of those "strip search" X-ray's and the agent sees 9" where there shouldn't be, not sure what they will do if the documents say "F".

Also consider post 9/11/01 it is not as easy to move money around. Not all trannies have bank accounts, and even then arriving (or departing for that matter) USA with large sums of undeclared money will lead to problems with the TSA. Many hoes, female, male and trannie have had their funds taken by the TSA because it wasn't declared, and also because they cannot explain how and where it came from.

Some trannies used to bring the money back as traveler's cheques and try to cash or deposit them once arriving in the States, but that requires a bank account, and again the money still must be declared upon entry into the USA.

With the Euro and British Pound exchanging well against the dollar, a trannie hoe in any of the major cities such as New York, probably does not have to go to Europe for that clientle. The men come to the States often enough and again due to favorable exchange rates a $1000 date is only about $480 or so Euros.

Don't know where you get this from.
The Yoyo and the Pound are down the kharzi, great time to be spending Dollars over here.

When you say "yoyo" do you mean "Euro"? $1.22 once could buy 1 Euro. Now it takes $1.48.

As always you raise excellent points, particularly in reference to women
who have "creatively acquired" their documents.

And yeah gotta love those X-ray machines.
