Actually this has been a raging debate in the lesbian/dyke community for the last 10 years. Many lesbian women have trans men partners and yet they still feel like lesbian identity is important and would never date a cis-man. Total opposite of what the guys who date TS women say.

Yup, testosterone and similar chemicals (like some steroids) will cause a clit to grow like that. That's why you see it a lot on female body builders as a sign that they do (or have done) steroids.
