I can't see why anyone would want to resurrect this thread. This poor girl is sick, or as Prospero pointed out, maybe even dead at this time. A long and lean body is a style that someone might enjoy, and indeed it's beautiful, but to go as far as liking the scrawny, skeletal body of someone who's so obviously in trouble is something I can't understand, I'm sorry. This is not someone who's happy and confident. It's rather the example of a sad state of mind. Of course, we can't thoroughly judge, as we only have a few pictures, but from the one we have, it seems much more like this girl is in need of help.
