A woman who was banned from making loud noises during sex has lost an appeal against her conviction.

Next door neighbour Rachel O'Connor told the court she was frequently late for work because she overslept having been awake most of the night because of the noise.

She said: "The noise sounds like they are both in considerable pain. I cannot describe the noise. I have never ever heard anything like it........."

The defendant argued she had a right to "respect for her private and family life" under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act.

How exactly would that be enforced?

Will they put an officer in the room when she has sex?
When she reaches a certain decible will he go " SHHHH! " ?

Or she could just soundproof her room.

A court ruling that the woman can no longer engage in sexual activity. Whch wouldn't be a bad thing, seeing as she appears to be your typical fat chav/council estate cow who probably lives off benefits: that way she won't spawn any little chavs.

If there were no fat council estate cows, then JamesHunt wouldn't ever get laid.
