i dont know exactly how to make one but i believe u need an html generator or program to make banners and graphics on web pages.

Xara Webstyle is fairly cheap and easy to use.

it is actually quite easy if u have the correct programs. U can use photoshop to create the art and image ready to make the animated gif. If you have those programs and want a easy quick run through let me know I can post instructions for you easy enough or if you have some pics or an image you want made into a banner I can do it for you just let me know. Doesn't take more than a few minutes.
