I like the first one. More refined. Showing dick on the cover is just too graphic.

Both look pretty good. Although for the first one I would adjust the contrast of the back images. The shots look pale and don't jump out at you. Adding red tint in photoshop might help also.

Use the second one, move the "Banned in Indonesia" to the top layer, and also make that sticker more prominent, maybe giving it an embossed look. Replace the spin with the style of the first (two girls surrounding the Text). Also blur the edges around the girls to make them blend with the background, and give them some proper lighting they all look out of place otherwise.

Also move stuff farther from the edges, or give it a nice outline, they tend to get cutoff during printing. =/

Colour usage in the second design is more Indonesian. The first is the better-looking design though, IMO. The blue does make it a little cool.
