I hate to be a stereo typical whore but, Sin in the Second City by Karen Abbott. Chicago's Everleigh Club / the infamous Everleigh Sisters brothel was in my neighborhood so I couldn't resist the read.

A book about madams, ministers, playboys and the battle for america's soul.

Today I read the owner's manual of my Cuisinart coffee machine. It was a little slow in the beginning, but it really picked up by the grinder maintenance chapter. Now I'm looking forward to reading the Portuguese translation, and taking a follow-up Jamaican blue mountain enema.

Biscotti, anyone?

Are you saying that you would actually serve sweets? I never thought of you in that way.

I'm sure you have preconceived notions about lots of stuff that you're clueless about. But, truth be told, I'm the Motherfucking Teresa of transsexuals.

Now eat a fucking cookie under the Bodhi Tree, Luke Skywalker. lol
