How much did they bill him for? Was there a surcharge for sending him such a massive pile of paper?

I'm sure he has unlimited texting, so no big bill for him. What I'm curious about is how much does it cost them to send the bill? Why are they still doing that? It isn't like texting is a new phenomenon or anything
