Well its not the most Prestigious but its a great achievement to win as she looked amazing prelim night and floated across the stage, wished she had NOT changed gowns for final night though.

Congrats to Sunny for making the top 13 and also congrats to Kourtney (texas) who is a board favorite also for making the top 13.
