i doubt she filed the suit before letting the company know she's uncomfortable having her own bathroom.

The only reason why stuff like this happens is because of people who see trans people as freaks & feel uncomfortable having them in the same bathrooms as GG's.

I highly doubt many companies would want to convert to a 4 bathroom system, as that's what would happen if they ended up with both a FtM and a MtF employee under such a policy.

Of course I would. I'm just saying I'd definitely want my own bathroom. Put it in my office for all I care.
