Actually the last few weeks.......but last week was the worst IMO.

I have NEVER gotten as many private messages asking me to moderate someone or some thread as I did this past week. Don't get me wrong, I love this forum but DAMN, some of you folks really got pissed off @ a user or a thread (or both).

Hopefully this week will be better.

Back to secondlife I go: p.s. Imagine what HA General Discussion would be like on secondlife if we had our own sim. A big ass nightclub with a bunch of trannies walking around post-op, a bunch of closeted gents walking around as trannies with the largest cocks they could buy, and a few "hurt emotionally by an escort" former clients/tricks running around in newbie skins & shapes wreaking havoc on said chick.....oh wait they already have that, it's called Blackhouse (LMAO)

So, 1) How many posts were deleted? 2) How many reprimands were issued? 3) How many members banned?

I have not been a member very long, nor as a poster, but I agree last week was pretty brutal.

I've yet to see a second forum where people hate on each other as much as they do here. Guess we're not in the civilized world anymore, Toto...

Heh, and they wonder why I politely declined a mod position a while back. I would rather have a sharp stick in my eye...

And what do you mean: "Back to Second Life"?

I thought this =WAS= Second Life!

I think one poster has stated a block feature. How come this forum does not have that feature. It would cut down on some of the more irriating and obnoxious posts.

I don't like the idea of blocking someone's ability to respond to your points in a public forum. Sure other people can see their responses, but if you choose not to see them, then the whole point of participating in the discussion is lost. It seems to me that the whole point of a public discussion is to speak, listen, persuade and allow yourself to be open to persuasion. Here my emphasis is on "listen" and "open to persuasion".

But then there are others who seem to have an ax to grind. Imo when people start hinting at violence and are clearly bigots, racial or otherwise, they need to go. Trannys are a far smaller group than any race, and we don't need any haters getting too comfy in our world.

I see mostly men hating on each other. Pretty sad, really.

I'm thinking the new forum will have this feature, which is a good idea.
Some people just need to be ignored.
It would also allow the mods a simple reply, when people are bitching about other posters.
He can just simply say, Put them on ignore.
you'll still be able to see some of their posts, when someone else quotes them.
So it's not a perfect feature, but still worth having.

Hey JWB, you could make the blocking option a feature for a premium member(paying).

Hi JohnnyWalkerBlackLabel,

I know one of the people you had to sort out last week, and i just want to say thank you for the way you dealt with that TOSSER. He was completely out of line in the way he attacked Liisa Winkler, and i for one wasn't going to put up with it.

So i just want to say sorry if i offended anyone, and thank you Sir, for the excellent way you handled this problem.
