Found that in Sao Paulo in 2000 40% of tv/ts sex workers were HIV positive, and states "HIV and syphilis among sex workers are urgent public health problems that require continuous prevention programs for male sex workers and their clients." Trying to say that money is the only motivator in this matter is nothing sort of insulting.

Would you say the same of construction workers who balance on beams hundreds of feet in the air as their day-to-day job?
