I think a certain website which shall go nameless has blocked my IP. What is the easiest way to spoof it? Thanks!

Take the time to thoroughly master everything you read on the following page and you're pretty much good to go:

If you're lazy buy Anonymizer TNS. The *TNS* is the key. Good program for those who can't dig a secure tunnel to save their lives. :P
