Some sites have a feature that all the member posts go first to a file that is reviewed by the mod(s) for "quality". Then the member's post is either passed on the main public forum or simply deleted.

that would suck though cuz there would be a huge delay between when you type your post and when it actually shows up. personally id rather just deal with the shit posts than go through with that
