One of the most loved fighters out there....
Man this is rough....first McNair and now this.......
I know a LOT of people in boxing are in shock right now......
A lot of people still dont believe this man COULD be killed.
Thats how tough he was.

The first Gatti Ward fight was brutal by ANY measure.
You could literally hear the bones in their bodies crack as they hit each other.
Arturo Gatti was out on his feat at one point......it was insane.
Arturo Gatti was in 4 fights that were voted "Fight of the Year" by RING magazine.
He was the most exciting fighter of this generation and probably ever.

You wanna talk about a tough guy.......Arturo Gatti was the ulimate tough guy.

He seemed like a really nice guy. He used to frequent a small strip club in NJ with Jason Williams the basketball player that shot his driver. We chatted a couple times, just a real nice guy, would not have known he was the fighter if I was not told.
It's quite a shame, he had his whole life ahead of him

The Brazilian "Police" just arrested his new brazilian wife Amanda Rodrigues (23 y) suspecting her of involvment in the crime.

This tregedy has alot of similarities with the McNair killing where jealous gf/wifes kills their bf/husbands.

RIP Gatti, McNair, and MJ. Jesus in heaven must needed you more than we did.

R.I.P. Champ. I was a huge Gatti fan. He and Mickey Ward had three wars in the ring! Will never forget those fights. They didnt call him "the blood and guts warrior" for nothing. he had the biggest heart of any fighter i have ever seen. so sad. one if not the most exciting fighter of our time!
