IMHO there hasn't been an HBO series this good since the Sopranos. There are loads of interesting characters, great character arcs, plot surprises and better than the Sopranos, it's sexy as fuck. Anna Paquin getting all naked and doin the nasty? YEOW! Perhaps one of the best Vampire genres I can remember. And who among us would've been shocked to learn that Vampires actually live in the bayous of Louisianna?
