I DO remember the hippidy hop. I never owned one, but some friends on my the block did. This was back in the mid/late 70's....and now that others have mentioned it, the thing was some sort of torture device intent on smashing your balls........but damnit, it was irresistable nonetheless. Now I can't say it was #1 on my Christmas list.....hmmm...actually, I don't think it was on my list at all....but because my friends had one and I didn't it was pretty cool.
