One of my favs is chicken breast, avocado, bacon, and tomato on any good toasted bread. Mayo and cheese are optional for extra artery clogging.

Johanna Bardin and Vo de Balm with a little of me in the middle...
If that covering happens to be unavailable, then Sexxy Jade and Jen Paris would work just as fine.
or, as a third option, a Monte Cristo!

Most of these sound like Richard Simmons describing how to make a quiche sandwich.
Whatever happened to good old ham and cheese?

Something with Pesto and Avocado. I also like Tuna Melts, Cappicola with Italian, and the sandwich that's like Mozzarella, Red Peppers, Balsamic Vinagerette, Tomato, and Romain on one of those Italian rolls that's almost like a Panini or Foccacia. They were really popular a few years ago.
