You can have slight facial features and still be really passable. The biggest concern in real life are typically height, laryngeal prominence, and voice. Voice can be trained to be convincing if you put enough effort into it unless you have throat issues. Height you just have to be lucky. I'm quite small so I got lucky on that.

I made the assumption of jawline because it's the only thing that can't be changed easily. Brows are all done up and shaped when you're TS. Forehead can also be pretty easily avoided by doing a side part which is what I used to do a lot, I'm just tired of having my hair in my eyes. It doesn't changed the length of your forehead, but it makes the illusion that it's very hard to tell when not looking for it. The same method is used by biological girls that have a receding hairline.
