Well, it's no TS, that's for sure, post or pre. That's none other than Alley Baggett, gorgeous model who was possibly Playboy's numero uno non-playmate model in the 90s. She was born in 1973. I can't put my finger on that exact photo, but here are some from the same photoshoot. Notice the detail of the bikini. And I distinctly remember that one shot, which I probably saved on one of my PCs somewhere. If I googled long enough, I'm sure I'd find it.
