A what? A photographer shooting with a Gaussian Blur FILTER? Ive never, ever, ever, heard of this, at all. That affects can be achieved in several ways, let it be playing with the focus or shooting in TV and adjusting your lighting to give you a hazy affect, but i have never heard of photo filters or lenses that can create a gaussian blur

LOL my eyes got big and head tilted to the side (a la Stewie from Family Guy) at the Gaussian Blur Filter. They are encoding algorithms on filters now I guess. Maybe he meant bokeh like from a good prime lens...
