It sucks I know but I could use the extra $ since I am moving end of January to a new apt. in the heart of Ktown by Wilshire. ;) Stupid ATT accidentally cut my landline tonight and messed up my order of turning off service here at my old place and on at the new one slated for Jan 16th. :evil:

I wish I could celebrate.. but like you, I prefer to keep warm in a chilly and wet LA weather! lol

I used to live in Key West! Best New Year's party in the world! They close Duval Street off and everyone just parties all night!

I was the asst stage manager at the Strand Theater (it was a concert club at the time - this was waaay back...) . We'd take huge speakers and put them on the roof and you could hear the music for several blocks! Hundreds of people would be dancing in the street while watching the ball drop on monitors. It was fun!

Gosh, now I'm homesick, maybe I'll go back next year.

Now, back in the 90's, Western blvd was part of the stroll. It started from Santa Monica and Western and went down to about 3rd st. and Western. And yes, I did cruise the area once or twice. lol. One night, Ron Glass(he played the black detective on the show Barney Miller) was going up and down Western lookin for tgirls. Damm Hara, your bringing back memories. lol. I know where I'm going my next trip to LA. Western and Wilshire. So we can test my theory. lolo

Real Korean BBQ meat may cost from as low as 50 to 100 for the best meat no BS go to a restaurant processed meat :D
