i guess most people dont pay any attention to that type of stuff until they are in the booth. Thats pretty sad when you think about it

NY only has a proposal to amend the State Constitution to allow for disabled veterans to more easily claim credit on civil service exams. So all in all a boring proposal. NY is not like other States that typically have these voter initiated proposals. I would have to double check but I think only the legislature can propose items to be placed on the ballot here.
