4. Hippo in Baltimore
5. Freddies Beach Bar in Alexandria

The DC scene is pretty sparse generally.

Freddies is a campy gay bar, its listed 5th because its the worst of the bunch. There are some drag shows and many cds there on Saturday and Sunday.
