Her name is Nancy (no last name, anybody?) and your pic is of her scene from the DVD "Transx 12" which was released by Sineplex during 2005, I think (covers attached).

She was also in the movie "Big Ass Shemale Winkers #2", again in 2005 (covers attached).

Sadly, that's all I've managed to find out on her. :oops:
