Killer Klowns is one of my favorite movies and pretty campy but i think anything from TROMA in the last forty years would beat it. Such as The Toxic Avenger, Surf Nazi's Must Die, Class of Nuke'em High,Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.,Chopper Chicks in Zombietown,Stuff Stephanie in the Incinerator, A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell , and Countless others
