Yep it frees up the stress that your carrying in your shoulders and neck ... I usually can stretch/twist my neck and give it a good cracking when I have a wank...

I've found that it is even better to wake up and fuck, or fuck before falling asleep (not necessarily make out sex, just a good roll in the hay). Of course if nobody is around, self love works good too. Best way to ignore the spins until they go away.
