Umm I'm confused which one is the after? And don't get your jawline done by Dr. Ousterhout in my opinion, I've heard a lot of bad things. I'd schedule that with Dr. Zukowski in Chicago.
Girl to get a real idea of the difference in your face, you need to have your hair pulled back in a pony tail.
And show the before and after from the front and side.

I dont think you need FFS but if you insist i think Dr Zukowski is the way to go, ive head many horror stories of Dr. O and you pay soo much money and end up looking the same or worse.

In my honest opinion I don't think you need FFS just to blend in. From what I see you already do.
For what it's worth, I made a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErWa0xIoTzo) where I talk about this subject and a couple other things. The gist of it is. Some people say my face is masculine. But then some people say that Sigourney Weaver (http://www.virtualffs.co.uk/difference%20examples.htm) has a masculine face. :-|
http://www.virtualffs.co.uk/difference%20examples_files/image006.jpg
I don't see what that virtual ffs website is talking about. :-/
Gia your face right now is no more masculine than her's.
Looking at you Gia what your face would look like after FFS is, to me, no better than before. Where the before looks beautiful already. I would just ask you to think about this.... If the surgery was botched, and you came out worse than you went in, how would you feel? Is the small difference it would make be worth that risk?

Welcome back to the zoo, Gia. :D
I honestly see you as very attractive and 'blendable' as you are, but do what you want/need to do to make you feel more confident about that opinion.
And visit with us more often. We need more victims...er...friendly input.

Girl i havent had ANY surgery done to my face AS OF YET.. but if i do then im going to go to Dr. Z i think all the Dr.O girls all come out looking the same with the startled owl look.. Cunty but all the same...

Dr. Z did my chin. He did an ok job but I think it could be smaller. I personally think Dr. O would of done a better job. I scheduled to have it redone by Dr. O and ended up canceling the apt, I am afraid of looking to surgical and am not sure if I will get it redone at all.
My thought on FFS is to mix up your doctors. If you go to Dr. O only have him do part of your face then go to someone else to have the rest. In doing this you wont have the Dr. O or Dr. Z stamp on your forehead and will look more natural.
Like Kelly said there is too much hair in your face on the pics. But from what i have seen i donīt see any need for surgery. :2cent

I don't think this can be stressed strongly enough. This is true of a lot of cosmetic surgery, not just FFS and is especially true for rhinoplasty. Almost all nose jobs are clockable. And if any of your surgeries are clockable, it puts you closer to being clocked since it gets people started down the road of "the big question".
There are lots of girls from South America who have had too much cosmetic surgery who guys will "false clock" as TS. What they see is the same surgery done on them as TS have done and assume it means they needed it. What you end up with is this homogenous look for both the GG's and the TS's who go through the same set of surgeries and end up, as Natassia points out, "Cunty but all the same". As a result, you can get the surgeries and be more clockable rather than less.
Another thing which yo have to be careful of is "procedure addiction". The Jocelyn Wildenstein effect. We all know plenty of TS who clearly have had way too many procedures done. Well, they didnt' start out this way, but it is very easy to do one, or two and get hooked into "making improvements". Well, before long the "improvements" aren't improvements anymore, but you just can't stop trying. And we see how well it turned out for The Bride of Wildenstein.
My advice is to make a long term plan and stick to it: pick ONE or TWO things you want to do, AND STOP.
Now for the personal taste stuff: I'm not sure a strong jaw line is a bad thing. There are plenty of GG models who's strongest beauty point is their strong jawline. From the way you wear your hair, you seem to be more consious of your forehead lines or hairline. Those surgeries actually seem to be the least noticable and thus most effective. If I were you I might want to think about working on that instead, since it seems like that's where "the problem is" (armchair psychoanalysing a bit).

Hi Gia, great t see you back, glad t know all is well with you.
On the FFS,I would say that you are looking lovely as ever, and that
the surgical changes are subtle which is a good thing.
Being a woman my opinion may differ from the guys in that I can
understand how we can feel that we may need some surgical intervention
to get to the aesthetic goal we have in our minds.
I've gone under the knife a few times, and don't regret any of the
surgeries that I've had. If I may suggest, do a little at time, let it heal,
maybe talk over additional surgeries with your Mom, Aunties, or close
friends.
But try to go for moderation, don't get too much 'work', and get that
'surged look' that other people in this thread have mentioned.
And again it's nice to see you back.

Is that a cigarette in your hand young lady?
You look great and I believe most people can benefit with FFS, and though some people have had issues with Dr. O (as I did), I have seen him do great work as well- so it's like any surgery reaerch, research, research- and no two patients are a like.
These days there are more choices out there like Zukowski or Dr. Speigel in Boston who is an up & commer is seems to be turning out results comparable to Dr. O.
With that said, I do think FFS is alwasy worth it and no computer imaging is accurate to the actual outcome or surgery- IMO.

Hey Peggy, nice to see you too. I've been working full time as a nurse so I don't really have the time to use the computer at all....haha anyway, I took a week off and here I am. Hey Peggy, I haven't had any surgeries yet... that is a before and after pic. The after pic is the bottom one.
Anyway, I'm so happy to hear suggestions from a post op woman because at least I know that you have done a long transition to become the woman that you are.
I have a question, which surgeon do you think I should go for sex reassgnment here in the US? Alter or Reed?! Thanks girl! And Have a good one!
Love,
Gia
For GRS, my preference is to have it done in Thailand.
But between Alter and Reed, I would defer to his two stage vaginoplaty
procedure.
Dr. Harold M. Reed, M.D., F.I.C.S.
Miami, FL
Website: http://www.srsmiami.com/index.htm
Phone: 1-305-865-2000
1111 Kane Concourse
Bay Harbor, FL 33154
I realize that you were seeking GRS info on Reed, here however is some
background and contact info on him and his policy on orchiechtomies.
Dr. Reed is another SRS surgeon who would perform orchiectomies for
pre-op transsexuals. The cost is $2,500, and a therapist letter plus some
lab work is required for this surgery.
Dr. Harold Reed is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, a Senior Member of the
American Urological Association
http://www.srsmiami.com/orchiectomy-procedure.html
Orchiectomy Procedure
See photographic examples of this procedure
CONSENT FORM
The Orchiectomy Procedure is an independent procedure that can be performed for those
who wish to eliminate testosterone surge and achieve some degree of secondary
feminization without complete penectomy and vaginoplasty.
As this is an irreversible procedure, 2 letters of therapy clearance are required.
One therapist (psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, sexologist) must have
a doctoral degree, and one of the two therapists must know the patient for an
extended period of time. Conceivably one of the two therapists can satisfy the
requirements for a doctoral degree and knowing the patient for an extended period of
time. Consideration may be given to sperm banking prior to orchiectomy.
Pre-op lab is also required. Fee to include orchiectomy, local anesthesia with IV
sedation, and followup care as provided by the Reed Centre.
Fee : $2,500.
An interesting aside on Dr. Reed is that if a woman is willing to donate her testes for stem
cell research when she has an orchiechtomy, Dr. Reed will provide a discount for the procedure.
