Question for guys who join websites!

I just recently had my members area redesigned and we are slowly uploading the new features. I wanted to tell you what Im doing and get your feedback , suggestions, comments.

My website members area is broke up too these areas:

My Photos, Friends, Videos, Theatre, Coming Soon, Forum

My photos page *see screenshot below* is now uploaded with our new feature which is now offering ZIP files for members to be able to get their favorite set of photos, the friends page will do the same.

Video Page: Currently the Video page is pretty basic, a thumbnail of the video with a brief description and the thumbnail links to a wmv. file and a text link for quicktime.

THE NEW pages (done within the week), will offer streaming, wmv, quicktime, link to the matching photos and description.

What other features do you enjoy, not enjoy, or look too when you join a website? WHAT IS IMPORTANT TOO YOU!

I don't have a membership at any pay sites, but I would suggest adding this feature (for Wendy or any other girls with sites):

You'll want an active forum, I'm assuming (builds a nice online community/loyal fan base) so I would suggest some sort of monthly contest that only paying members can be a part of via the forums (Premium forum members, or whatever). It could even just be a "best post of the month" with the winner determined by the site admin. The prize would be a short video clip (maybe a minute long or less) that is made exclusively for the winner. It wouldn't be anything elaborate, just a sexy tease with the girl informing the member he (or she) won, and then flashing boobs or ass or whatever.

I think a lot of people would be excited about this sort of thing. The clip could be emailed directly to the winner, who would probably upload it somewhere, and viola, free viral promotion, which also conveys that the girl really has a personal touch to her site.

Just a thought. My advice is free, but if you feel compelled to make a donation, just send it to Seanchi. Maybe then he wont burn me again in the next contest he has.

1. Severe discount for a 3 or 6 month subscription. I mean severe!
2. Weekly member live video chats. Same time, every week, no misses. With guests sometimes. Solo is okay too. (see danniashe.com)
3. Re: live video chats... lots of interaction with members.
4. Uniforms and Roleplay content. Live or taped.
5. Hondarobot's suggestion of a non-member forum is a good one (see LB69.com)
6. Free access to other sites, if possible. Make sure other sites aren't cheesy.
7. Personal preferences: Feet content. Kissing.

The goal is to get members to continue their subscription for longer than 1 month. All of the above suggestions, might help. They've influenced me at various sites.

The first and most important thing is the "sign-up" page.

While that maybe true, make sure there's an opt-out from recurring membership at the time of sign-up.

I wouldn't join any site that doesn't have that, no matter how hot the content.

*REALLY likes the idea of zipfile downloads.

Here are the things I look for when joining a website:

1. As many updates as possible.

2. A big archive and no removing of older content.

3. Movies should be downloadable and not in parts but in 1 big file. If it's too big maybe 2 parts but that's it.

4. The quality of the movie should be good. No crappy RM or ASF files.

5. Pics should be downloadable in a zip file. Nothing worst then having to save each pic.

6. Easy way to cancel your membership.

7. The site should be fast. I hate when I join the site and it's very slow especially when downloading big movies.

8. The price of course. I don't mind paying a little more as long as I know I will get my money worth!

I join all my favorite sites not only because I want their content but also to support them keeping them in business. I really hate to see my favorite sites going out of business because of file sharing and that kind of stuff.

Actually that statement is false.........I do very well with my website and its the only CONSTANT flow of cash I can rely on..........Dvd sales are at all time low, I dont escort full time anymore, and I dont star in as many videos as I use too so my website for me atleast is my biggest income and since December I have put ALOT of my focus in it.

Its Updated Every Monday, There is a coming soon page so members can see if its worth staying a member, I do webcam shows monthly, I am VERY hands on.
