Hi
I have been looking at those generic options as its really expensive here. I have a bit of anxiety when having new sexual partners. I have goo experience with cialis, but it stops working when i put on a condom. Sensitivity goes away, the bloodpressure is gone and I got totally numb down there.
does Levitra have a more direct function on the penis than cialis?. I just want to be fully able to enjoy the act when i pay money for sex.

Cialis gives me severe heartburn. At first I had no idea what was going on. I never get heartburn. But since I was in South America when I first tried it, I thought maybe it was from something I ate. Nope, it was the Cialis. If you google on "Cialis AND Heartburn" you'll see it's a much more common side effect than the drug companies let on. However, all that said, I've talked to other men who don't get heartburn from this so your mileage may vary.
Good old Viagra still seems the most effective for me. Tried Levitra once but didn't seem any better. A Viagra that allowed easier ejaculation would be the perfect ED drug in my view.

The 3 different medications all work the same way: they are phosphodiesterace inhibitors.
Cialis lasts longer, up to 36 hours in some men.
Levitra and Viagra last about 4-5 hours, up to 8 in some people. Both should be taken on an empty stomach, as fat in meals can inhibit absorption.
Cialis is absorbed regardless on when you take it. It takes about 2 hours to be effective. Viagra and Levitra are effective after about an hour.
All that being said, 1 med may work better in your system than another. If Cialis is not doing what you want, try one of the others. They all have the same mechanism of action, but that does not mean 1 might not work better for you than another.

Just try it. It works the same as Viagra and is otc, and legal.
Take it just before you start foreplay.
The wood should last for over 2 hours.

Question:
Which 1 is better at woking only when I'm ready? I hear viagra is 4 asap, if I'm ready or not.

Both Levitra and Viagra are active fastest, and wear off fastest. Take 1 hour before it's playtime. Slightly faster onset for Levitra.

Does anyone have any experience with generic versions? like Sialis. I need them delivered quickly without having them stuck in the toll.

The vast majority of issues with erections are NOT due to physical problems. The vast majority of erection problems are psychological. If you want to really tackle the problem you need to figure out what it is in your mind (the ultimate sex organ) that is hindering your enjoyment.
In the interim, ED meds ca help a great deal.

Exactly, my problem is not when i have a gf or anything like that. Sometimes If I avoided masturbating for about 3-5 days I was rockhard. But here its a combination of performance anxiety and too tight condoms from the escorts.
