Um...no. That's not a PhotoShopped image in her avatar. I do a lot of DTP in my job and I'm certain. The image in her avatar is very low-res and the colors and shadows remain consistent. If it's been PhotoShopped, it's been resampled and had it's rendering completely changed...which would make no sense since the image isn't a quality image to begin with.
