Just look at the class and elegance of the Hollywood starlets back then like Cyd Charrise, Grace Kelly, Ingrid Bergman, Rita Hayworth, ect. and compare them to what Hollywood serves up today.

Paris Hilton? Lindsay Lohan? Britney Spears? Makes me wanna PUKE!

Just look at the class and elegance of the Hollywood starlets back then like Cyd Charrise, Grace Kelly, Ingrid Bergman, Rita Hayworth, ect. and compare them to what Hollywood serves up today.

My ignorance about her was recently remedied, unfortunately it was seeing articles about her after she passed away.

She was fucking gorgeous... I'm in awe.

She was fucking gorgeous... I'm in awe.Yes, gorgeous indeed. She was a comfortable blend of Sophia Loren and Ava Gardner. AND, she could dance up a storm. I remember how striking she was and I was only a young child at the time.

This is because there is no stuido system in place.
Remember that these stars were groomed, taught, and perfected to be STARS.
The studios pretty much controlled the paps, prez, and gossip papers were bribed not to run stories.

It would be true that in fact they don't make stars like they use to.

ANd of course there is a difference between a great movie star and a great actress.
