It sucked.. horrible story line 19 years to come up with aliens for a plot? Leave it to Spielberg to fuck it up... Shia Lebauf (Mutt) is his son he had with marion... too many characters involved with the whole thing.. It starts off in area 51 trying to find an alien body.. they end up finding this alien head in a myan temple and at the end it's so stupid.. the russians are after them every step of the way.. they put the head on the alien in the temple and it turns into a spaceship.. very disturbing.. I basically blocked it out of my head like I never saw it..

Sure it was silly fun action, but it had to many moments that made me cringe.

The only person who could fuck up something as good as Indy is George Lucas.
Seriously, I think he just invents stuff so he can make shitty sequels (Not just Star Wars, but American Graffiti!).

This was actually pretty good. I've seen it twice now. The whole ending shit me though. The way Spalko died was uninspired, and missed the humour of both the Raiders and Crusades "villian death scenes"; and the spaceship and the whole 'StarGate' thing, they were just uncomfortable.

Still quite good though.

I went to see it tonight with massive excitement, thinking after a pretty shit day this was going to pick me up..............fuck was I WRONG !

Where do I begin ???? It never sat with me right from the very start it just seemed to lack the "Indy feel" that the 1st 3 have. All the way through the film I was shaking my head and cringing at simple things. As the story progressed those simple things developed into utter shite.

ALIENS WTF, ok the Holy Grail was touching far fetched etc but it still had an air of believability & romance to it.

I could waffle on for ages but I won't, all I'm going to say is Spielberg, Lucas, Ford & the dickhead who wrote the drivvel David Koepp have ruined the original trilogy for me because every time I hear that music or see one of the original films it will always remind me of the carbage that is the 4th installment !!!
