That's too funny. The quote from the AG's office hits the nail on the head (otherwise they'd be doing a round up on this board!!).

Many people think this sounds like Charles Barkley telling Rush off. Telling him to "Stop 'operation chaos' it's ridiculous". (http://www.bigmouthfrog.org/2008/03/24/caller-to-rush-limbaugh-stop-operation-chaos/)
This was on Monday's show. I can totally see Barkley saying that.

Assumption One: Crimes are either more or less serious, depending on the thoughts and feelings of those who commit them.
Assumption Two: Government should be able to penalize citizens for how they think.
