Wow, that video is hardcore stuff.... and the people desperate...

See how in the part one of the video the "guy" says that "the girl" has industrial grade silicone in the body, and how it burned the skin and created deformities around the ass..... then the guy says he put 1.5 liters of silicone into some girl testes?

The video looks old... but might not be 20 years old... I would just say its from a very poor environment....

Actually, I do think it's from the 90s with just a very, very cheap camera.

The girl's hairstyles are completely 90s, with 90s TV sets and cassette tapes.

Either way, I'm going to take a wild guess that the silicon injected was NOT medical grade!

Allanah is probably correct. I would say... late 70's.

You can tell by the makeup and hair style. Not only that but "Pumped" faces fased out in the 90's. The video being black and white also speaks of it's age.

Ohhhhhhh the reality of it all....

another reason its old is that brazilian 'women' generally dont pump breasts anymore. THey stopped it before mid 90s becoz it was painful (many times more than ass pumping) plus surgery became cheaper and gave them better results.

The guy doing the interview is well-known in Brazil. His name is Goulart de Andrade. He's actually very old nowadays. This video must be at least 20 years old. The video looks so bad because someone filmed the TV screen and posted it in youtube.
The tgril injecting the silicone has injected herself with a total of 9 liters, she says. In the first part of the video, also available in youtube, she tells the reporter that some of the injected silicone has migrated to her testicles. A guy tells then the case of another tgirl, whose testicles are filled with 1,5 liters of wandering silicone.
This video is grotesque. The interviewer is told that tgirls cut themselves with razor blades (which they hide inside the mouth!!!!) when they get caught by the police, in order to be sent to hospital. Otherwise they would stay longer in jail.
