I understand there are problems with illegals and abuse of our facilities , and as a taxpayer and also
as a physician it is my money and time that is being
used ,but the ER is not the place to refuse services.
First and foremost I am proud that as an American
someone from another country can expect and get
the best emergency care ,no questions asked. And as a world traveler I would hope for the same when I might find myself in that unfortunate position.

@ trish: don't get too upset over q1a2z3's posts. For all we know he could be sitting in death row somewhere so his attitude is understandable. After all he does seem to imply he pays no taxes. Death row inmates seldom do.

ive been to the emergency room quite a few times(epilepsy in public)and you know ive never seen people there who looked like them thar illegals...
