In this era of fake/neo/man-made everything, of course people would do it. Nobody cares if anything "passes" anymore. It would only spark conversations like "Ooo, who did your dick, they did a nice job". Sad but true. I wouldn't do it, but I'm obsolete!

well, mines just under 8, and honestly i wouldn't go too much bigger. Ive never had a gf be able to deepthroat all the way, a few gfs have refused me anal after looking at it half erect, several tgirls have refused it entry, and from what i see in porn movies im not particularly exceptional.

What's wrong with a kink? Maybe you could get the head turned 180 degrees or even 90 degrees? The possibilities are endless. If you look close at Saigon Lee's cock it looks like it has a kink in it so perhaps this surgery is happening in the porn community.

Mine is only 6 inches. As much as sometimes I wish it were a little bigger, no, I don't think I would risk a surgery to the little guy. At least it works now, and can last a while too. I would be afraid that something would get messed up and it would not work properly again. What is the sense in having a big, lifeless, dick that doesn't work? That would be just my luck!
