Hi Mandy. I'm curious, how's it going with the cigs?

Day 4 not a problem, honestly I miss the weed more than the nicotine. Cigarettes are kind of disgusting, the only reason I was still smoking them at all was the spliff's.

Sleeping is a little challenging, maybe thats just the full moon. I've been playing a lot of Tom Waits on the piano, that seems to help for some reason, singing more than anything makes me painfully aware of how much damage I've done to myself with smoking.

But my breath tastes much better, I can taste food again, and I can run without a wheeze in my chest.
