This is mainly for those in chat the other night who were offering me some suggestions for my upcoming boob job. (For which I sincerely want to thank you.)

The guest house is unfortunately rented for the entire month... and after looking at the alternate accomodations suggested by the doctors web site, we decided to look around, and found this a few blocks away.

I think it's a little more my style... (the top photo, duh...)

Yeah, I had one of those back in the last century... that was just one of the deciding factors.

I was going to do it right down the road and recover at home too, but for the $7,000+ price tag here (and $8,000 plus for Dr. Grey in SF) we get boobies, 2 orchiectomies, a treach shave, and maybe something done with my upper lip, though everyone in the chat room the other night said don't, and I tend to take good advice.

I hope mine goes as well as yours, or vice versa.

Just for you Corvettedude I changed my mind and I'm going to get a set about like this.

Seriously, I want them as big as I can comfortably carry with my body. No set size, large C, D or even a DD.

What I do not want is someone to say, "Hey what a great boob job."

I want them to say, "What you mean you have implants?"

I want some cleevage, and I want them to bounce up and down when I run, but not hit me in the face. And I want to watch guys talk to my chest. :-)

Good luck with your surgery... now for my two cents... it is gonna hurt to move afterwards..you are going to bruise..and you might even think that you shouldn't have done it. My sister recently had it done... after the recovery she was glad she had them though. Are you having the incision done through the crease below the breast, around the areola, under the armpit, or through the navel? If it is possible I would recommend through the naval because, if the procedure is done well, there will be virtually no signs that it was done to the untrained eye :D As for the lips.. if you do choose to do it, then go for a small increment. Too many women I know look like a bee stung them... not the sexiest of looks.. and this was done by some excellent surgeons.

Oh yes what a lovely hotel, we looked at that when we went down. I however wanted more privacy so I stayed in the recovery house, and I wanted to be able to talk to other transsexuals about their surgeries they just had.
