The actress looks like Kelly Michaels (one of my all time favorites) when she was doing the Madonna look alike thing.

Look at the title "theultimatepleasure_km2 sample1.jpg" The "km" could stand for Kelly Michaels. What about "theultimatepleasure"? There's a movie with that title, but Kelly Michael is not always mentioned on the cast...
