I figure I'm sterile after 3yrs HRT. I never saved sperm and I probably won't before my orchi, I didn't see the point as I'd have to find a surrogate anyway. But what about my future husband making babies with my sister? Then they'd be pretty close to half-mine and half-his.

I can find lots of info for older MTFs who are married and have kids and then try to transition. But I can't really find anything about having kids after transition. People have real lives after transition, right? We don't stay sexy shemale sex kittens forever, you know :P

I doubt that I'm sterile, but I'm paranoid about it. The reason behind that is when I had a kidney stone when I was younger, and I had more than 20 x-rays on my abdominal/groin area, and not a single damn time did I get any sort of protective vest.
They say it's required to have one provided for you in such instances.
