I'm sure this is a smartass post because it's entirely obvious that getting busted for prostitution is a fine and a few days in the tank. Getting busted for selling crack is currently a 20+ year prison term with very limited chance of parole. And until the Supreme Court decision a few weeks back, being busted for selling powder cocaine carried the same sentence.
