This video clearly is created using the latest in CGI and computer software. Clearly this is a hoax created by the same company recently famous for the " UFO over Haiti " videos.

The creators released the " Jenny Wearing a mask " video as promotion for their new " Buffalo Bill - The Birth of a Monster " squeduled to air on the life time channel early January.
