I'm not a big fan of coconut, but I'd try some coconut pie. Sounds interesting. I've never even heard of it. Is it a regional recipe?

It's good! Yes it's a regional recipe. Out here in LA I can get them at any filipino bakeshops like Red Ribbon's or Goldilocks along with the crema de fruita. ;)
