I find the earlier Carla Novais prettier than she is now... My impression is that she had too much liposuctions (or whatever) and I definitely like the way she was before those interventions... what do you think?

well, i guess i can say something as a admirer and a client..
i was with her two weeks ago.
she's stunning. her body is perfect. she did some lipo but her body is much better now..
her hair is very long and black..and she's got a new tattoo on her left shoulder that made her ever more feminine
i am a big fan, but for me she is one of the best ever
