My class reunion

Is next year, I'm excited. I've already seen a few people I've gone to high school with and it seems the hot guys have gotten fat. Like I saw my old friend Tony at Show-Mes (think Hooters) and he was definitely a ladies man in high school and now he is kind of a fatty haha. It was good to see him though and find out what he has been doing the past few years. God it will be 8 years since I've been a senior in high school, I feel so old!! I hope to have my jawline done by the time the reunion is. So I am not the fatty at the reunion lol Has any other girls gone to their class reunions or men?

I blew off my 20th reunion last year, but went to my 10th.

Here's what I noticed....

Most of the "hot chicks" were no longer hot.
Most of the "big men on campus" were now Joe Average or total losers

One girl who was insanely fat (we called her Evil Otto, after the character in the videogame Berserk) was smoking hot

Many of the "good girls/guys" married "bad boys/girls" and vice versa.

Several people shocked everyone by coming out of the closet
Several people shocked no one by coming out of the closet

Many people who had done a complete 180 with their life tried to pretend they couldn't remember anything from high school. :roll: (those folks gave me the biggest laughs)

All in all it was a great time. One thing to keep in mind, is that all the old rules that applied when you were in high school, are thrown right the heck out the window.

So, I say...go, enjoy yourself. It's really fascinating to see the directions peoples lives have taken.

My girl wasn't shy about telling those that asked that she was a pornstar and gave them an autographed business card with her picture on it and her website. Being from NYC that wasn't enough to make me a legend. Wish I was a small town guy that night.

That's the reason I won't be going to my 30TH. In my minds eye the girls are just that, girls. Thin, budding and no baggage. Now I'm afraid they'll be divorced, fat with grown kids living at home. I'd rather not have a frumpy house wife coming on to me. Although there are one or two friends I've wondered how they turned out. The guys will still be ass holes, of that I'm sure.
Nope, better to have my fantasies than to face reality.

I went to mine but I was still a guy, I went from the scrawny shy 160lb kid in high school to a long haired (Fabio lookalike)(Hair was longer than it is now) well built 220lb pretty boy after the Military. Most of the guys that were jocks were out of shape, and they seemed larger and more intimidating in high school, looked like runts to me that day.

Im really looking forward to my next one in a few yrs...

PS I must add that I finally got to dance and kiss the girl I had a crush on in Highschool :wink:

I went to my 5 Year 80 lbs heavier, but in a good way. I kind of did the Kira thing, but I was 6'0 and 110 lbs in high school lol. I was 190 at my biggest, I'm a clean 175 now and pretty happy. My 10 year is coming up soon, but I was Senior(not student body) class president...... Hey you can't win em all.

I don't think we are big on reunions in the UK, if we did have one I would go, just to see how ugly all the so called "hot girls" are now!
