Surgery Comparisons: Gia, Allanah, Vicki

Not sure if they are going to add to this thread, but I thought I would start it anyway. I keep hearing about lots of surgeries but I haven't seen a comprehensive breakdown.

My surgeries:

Thailand: - Dr. SuPorn
Rynoplasty (full nose + reduce nostrils)
Chin implant
Scalp advancement, brow shave, brow lift
Breast implants 280cc Silicone Gel

San Francisco: - Dr. Ousterhout
Chin implant removal
jaw tapering
sliding genioplasty (where they cut the chin bone and move it forward)

L.A. - Dr Disshell, Dr Yi
Rynoplasty #2 (just general nose, no nostril changes)
Lipo (belly and lower back)
Natural fat injection smile lines

I want to hear people's experiences with botox and stuff like that. Has anyone tried it?

Ok here is my list-

I dont remember all the eyars and dates but it all began with

- First nose job anf otoplasty (ears pinned back) by Dr. Richard Galitz
Nose job was not painful- ears were- just had panic attacks when I first couldn't breath from my nose

-Second nose job, eyelids, chin implant, lipo suction of my neck , all performed by Richard Galitz again. Had a problem with one of the sutures from one eye the night of the surgery that popped and could not control the bleeding so had to go back in the morning to fix it. Was pretty uncomfortable but I hated the second nose job

-First Breasts Implants , 525 CC, saline with Dr. Tachmes
Had pain at first because I had had a small amount of silicone injected into the breast tissue (bad idea) and had to have that scraped out before I put the implants in. The breasts did not come our very well but it was painless.

-Third Nose Job- Ricahrd Galitz. No Pain, he did make is much smaller but it was still crooked in photos and not what I wanted

- Breast Implant revision by Dr. Tachmes again (MISTAKE) went up to 700 CC Saline- he promised to fix my nipples which looked downward but I ended up with one nipple in the center and one still down wards. No pain at all.

-Direct Brow Lift by Dr. Richard Galitz- I don't know why I did this but I lifted my brows by cutting a line directly above the borw line. # 1 He did them very unevenly # 2 the scar spread # 3 left a scar- Mild Pain

-Third breasts surgery performed by Dr. Brad Jacobs- went to a 1200 CC Becker Implant, also he corrected the messe the other doctor had created and performed a breast lift, scar revision, and nipple reduction.
I also had lipo suction from my ribs to my hips at this time. The lipo was extremely painful and I felt like I had been jabbed with a knife for a week.

-Fourth Breast operation performed a yeat later by Dr. Jacobs- deciced becker implants were to hard and went to the 800 cc silicone implants I have now (This man is a miraclw worker when it comes to breasts, really)

-Remomal of chin implant, jaw and chin reconstruction, and lifting og the upper lip Dr . Dr Douglas Ousterhout . This was the WORST surgery I have ever had. It was very painful, it was physically and emorionally taxing- I was swollen for a good 8 months, I was depressed for about 6 months post surgery, and the surgeey left me with a lot of excess skin.
I have a lump on one side of my jaw and I am still not summetrical. Still, I think it made a big difference in my face and would do it again, but it was so far the worst surgery I have ever had physically and emotionally.

-Face & Neck lift, neck Lipo Suction & complete nose revision with Dr. Cap Lesesne. I had alot of excess skin from my haw surgery and Dr. Lesesne did an amazine job. He took 1 1/2 of skin off my face on each side. The face lift was very, very painful as well, and they forgot to tell me I had drains in my head and when I woke up in a puddle of blood, I almost passed out- but I called the doc and was assured it was normal. After 3 days the pain was much better and I looked pretty normal in a week. Side effects were I had to have some drainage done later.

-Reduction of the sides of my top lip with Dr.Lesesne. After liftng my top lift, I had too much excess lip showing on the sides. So I had the sides cut ou and made even with the middle portion of my lip. Virutally painless.

-Temporal & Cheek Lift, as a cantopexy (they pull the muscle to make your ees look more almond shaped) and nise tip revision with Dr. Lesesne again. Everything went well- little pain or discomfort. Was fine in a week.

-Most recent, Lowering of my harline, brow lift, broe bone shave, and lifting of the "apples" of my cheeks by Dr. Lesesne. This was very unformfortble. My eyes closed shut and it was jist generally a pain. Still recovering.

As well, I have has over 35 silicone treatments in my body, multilple silicone injections in my face, multiple treatments of botox, and I had Restylene injection in Parish which is the ONLY thing I jave even done I regret- I had an allergic reaction to the product and it still swells up from time to time.

I think that is most of it but from the last count it was about 27 or so facial surgeries I think. I really need to keep track of all of this.
But it has been over 100 procedures-

Wow, I am impressed. I've had three surgeries, all hernia repairs (I don't remember the first as I was two at the time; the second was seven years ago and the third this past March) and if I never see a surgeon again it'll be too soon. Kudos to you both. I can't imagine going through any of that. I admire your courage...and your beauty.

mine so far is just the beast augmentation, 510cc i think is what they are saline, unbelievable doctore in dallas. extreme pain as i was "a" cup, very muscular in the chest and low body fat " but because of my build he came close to breaking a few ribs going underneath my muscle after few weeks all was better, within 45 days i was pretty much back to norm except spasms and contraction of the chest muscle when lifting something. plan on somekind of skin treatment on the face and may do lips a tad and maybe some botox "spelling?" at the end of the year.

I'm curious, ladies...are your sexy asses due to silicone injections...I keep thinking of "saving silverman" when the guy got butt implants...is it the hormones, silicone or what, that gives you ladies your fine asses?

I cant wait to start evolving my look more .....I admire yall girls alot ..But what im scared of is getting implants and they look bad .....would any one recommend a size boob i should go ...I was thinking D OR FULL C IM A cup now from just hormones ...I have also herd many speak of differnt types of implants ...Like , High Profile silcone ,Saline or silcone gel which do u think would be the best for my small frame?

Aniyah, for a small frame I think a full C would be preferrable to a D, though only you can say for sure. Going too big can be a mistake, depending on your physique. That's just one man's opinion.

I don't know the diff between high profile silicone and silicone gel, but everything I've heard and read favors silicone over saline. Go for what will give the most natural feel and shape. You look beautiful as you are, so I would advise against overdoing it.

Almost all shemale butts are silicone injected. Mine isn't but pretty much everyone elses is.

I agree. Don't go too large. A good doctor should be able to recommend the right size for your body.

How Allanah can carry them is a mystery to me but thank the gods that she does. i don't think many other women can get away with it and look so wonderful. If you look at the past porn stars that got their breasts blown up to enomous proportions, many of them fell out of interest very quickly.

My belief is that men generally want women to look "normal", not completely out of proportion.

Just my opinion.
