America hater: one who would try to or actually embarrass the president or vice president or seek to imply the president or vice president is involved in illegal or criminal activity. In other words Bush/Cheney is "America". The rest of us are grazing sheep. it goes without saying that an America hater is automatically a terrorist islamo fascist or home grown.
