Well, evolution can't be banned... its the teaching understanding of it that they don't allow.

I didn't say it was a science.

But banning evolution is like banning fertility or breathing oxygen. Banning teaching about it is one thing, banning evolution itself would be an admittance of its existance as a scientific principle.
