While out in public? And a guy approaches you and tries to get your number. How do you tell him about the 'T'

My plan of action is usually trust me I'm not your type lol and they keep asking yes you are what are you talking about and then no really I'm not and then finally when they are so confused I say I'm a transexual. It's worked for me most of the time.


How do you go about it? Do you even tell them at all?

In my case if it's that dark... I eventually work things into the conversation. Something like, "back when I was a paratrooper..." Giggle.

Maybe it's because I tend more toward upscale hotel piano bars rather than dance clubs where I'm older than everyone elses parents. But the "straight" gents I meet who don't realise I'm trans right off the bat have always been very polite and on several occasions I've turned an otherwise fine upstanding gentleman to the dark side... :-)

Like once at a hotel in Oregon we were unpacking our car in tee-shirts and shorts and this guy came on to us. He acted like he knew us and I thought he was a video fan or something. Finally I asked him if he'd seen us on the internet or something and that we were transsexual escorts on vacation. And his eyes got real big and then he goes, "Reeeally, well I'm in room XX call me." And another one fell into our web...
